I worked with this supplier for a while and ordered two types of mailing bags: black and pink. The black mailers were good quality — I reordered them several times with no issues. However, the pink mailers were extremely thin, see-through, and tore multiple times during shipping, which made me genuinely embarrassed to use them for customer orders. When I brought up the problem, the manager basically just told me to use the black ones instead — no real solution was offered. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be able to continue working with this factory. Your chances of getting a good product seem to be 50/50, and if anything goes wrong, there’s no real support or accountability. I would not recommend if you need reliable quality and service.
